Dear Members of the Manipal Alumni Association of Malaysia (MAAM),
Warm greetings.
In my capacity as the Secretary of MAAM, I would like to inform members that we have received three proposals for constitutional amendments/resolutions to be discussed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Friday, 8th November 2025.
As stated in the AGM notice and previous communications, the deadline for submission of proposals via email was 25th October 2025. As of that date, MAAM has received the following submissions:
1. Two proposals from Dr. Nirmal Singh (outlined within the same document)
2. One proposal from DrJeyalan Samanther
For members’ reference and review prior to the AGM discussion, the proposals are attached as PDF documents to this email.
We encourage all members to go through these proposals ahead of the meeting to facilitate a smooth and productive discussion during the AGM.
